About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership as they manage multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs.  Through your support of an Area Manager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability of that leader’s programs.

This position will support portions of our programs in Elgin U46 and Addison School District. Travelling to various schools will be required.
