Who We Need
We are seeking an experienced product leader to elevate the maturity of our product management, design, and operational processes. The perfect candidate will have a background in leading high-performing teams, implementing effective product management systems, and mentoring both product managers and designers to advance their professional skills.
In this role, you will oversee our Product Management Team, working closely with our CEO and The Content Team Lead to shape and influence product and design decisions across all product features.
This position is remote with some travel required for onboarding, team meetings, and professional development events.
