Senior Process Engineering, Wafer Cleaning

The Opportunity

As Halo ramps up volume on its initial pilot production line, we are seeking a process engineer to help develop wafer fabrication processes to fill customer needs and maintain production processes for a variety of tools such as grinders, polishers and cleaning systems. This particular role will focus especially on equipment/processes for removing particulates and contamination from wafers, including wet bench systems and brush based wafer cleaning equipment.

Job Description

As a senior process engineering engineer, you will have the following responsibilities

• Serve as the primary process engineer responsible for wafer cleaning at Halo Industries, including immersion and brush based-cleaning
• Work with 3rd party to suppliers to evaluate best-in-industry cleaning practices for SiC wafers and determine roadmap for process improvements
