Location: Full-time, remote (5% travel required)
Compensation: Hiring salary range of $90,000 -$120,000. Salary range is based on D.C./DMV area. Compensation will be adjusted for other geographic locations.
The Senior Manager, People is responsible for actively managing recruitment, on/offboarding, benefits administration, federal and state compliance, leaves of absence, payroll (via a vendor), and HR technologies.
- Be a steward of the Council’s culture, modeling values and demonstrating behaviors in support of inclusion, equity, and access; participate as a member of the Race, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) committee.
- Implement People initiatives and programs in new ways to adapt to evolving staff and organizational needs; create and report metrics documenting the success of HR initiatives.
