Senior CAD Technician

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior CAD Technician in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD productions, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.
• Assist project managers with scope, schedules, and budgets for land surveying projects.
• Assist in the preparation of the survey proposal.
• Perform QA/QC checks of collected survey data and field procedures.
• Coordinate and work with Survey Supervisor/LS and Tech support for field crews and other office staff, expected growth to lead a team.
• Interpret survey field notes and sketches to incorporate field survey data to create and update Right-of-Way, Record of Surveys, ALTA, and topographic drawings and DTMs using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D).
