Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Business Development Associate - Crypto - this is a remote role and candidates can be based anywhere in the US.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will play a critical role in managing our inbound leads, driving deal cycles from pipeline to closure, and representing the company at Web3 events.

You will also lead outbound efforts, support deal progression, and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of the DeFi/Web3 space, and a “doer” mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
