Description
As a Senior Associate Project Developer at Scout, you will support the New Projects Team in the early-stage development of multiple wind, solar and battery storage projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
Project Management
- Support the assessment of projects' viability using analytical tools and market research, including leveraging an internal GIS prospecting tool.
- Coordinate the development of and tracking project viability, timelines, and documentation. Present summaries to project team members and coordinate with subject matter experts to advance the project to the point of hand-off to our West and East Region Development teams.
- Support in-the-field activities including site diligence, landowner engagement and lease negotiations, and community engagement.
