Selective Solder Technician

VadaTech is a world leader in the design and manufacture of embedded computing solutions. Due to growth, we are looking for a Selective Solder Technician who can collaborate directly with department coordinator/supervisor to ensure quality and productivity meet the company standard. Under limited supervision, he/she will be responsible for programming, running and performing preventive maintenance as well as provide support on technical matters to other team members on Selective Solder Machines.

Duties to include:

• Ensure machine, tools and equipment are maintained, and in good, working condition.
• Organize with team coordinator and supervisor to plan for daily production priority within department to meet or exceed Interface delivery schedules (Effectively schedule and prioritize daily work that lines with customer delivery plan).
• Create product specific programs to apply solder to precise locations on the printed circuit boards.
