Section 811 Tenancy Support Practitioner

The Tenancy Support Practitioner will provide professional, quality program services to the individuals served by the Section 811 Program. The practitioner will provide Housing Support Services to people with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders that are enrolled in the Section 811 program in the Metro area. The primary function of the practitioner is to provide outreach, housing transition, and short-term housing sustaining services, with the goal of connecting the person to ongoing services.
