SEASONAL - Assistant General Manager Club Operations

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager Club Operations is responsible for overseeing the nightclub and dayclub outlets efficiently within pre-established cost controls.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure all Club operations are run smoothly and safely.
• Create shift schedules.
• Understanding of federal, state and local laws regarding liquor, labor & health codes and statues.
• In conjunction with Security staff, maintain proper occupancy, admittance and age controls in outlets
• Take daily inventory and determining the beverage requirements on an ongoing basis and ensures proper inventories and cost controls
• Ensures nightly and/or weekly opening and closing side duties are followed
• Place orders and receive orders from vendors.
• Build strong relationships with representatives from liquor distributors and other vendors.
