Role Summary

• Responsibilities: You will be responsible for a variety of administrative, coordination and scientific tasks related to client projects, as well as working on company and divisional initiatives

• Salary: A starting salary of $58,000 per annum. This increases to $60,000 for successful candidates who hold a master’s qualification (please note this is a standardized, non-negotiable salary)

Job Summary

Project Coordinators (PC) collaborate with a dynamic team and support efforts related to developing strategic and tactical medical communication programs. They provide day-to-day support to account management teams to ensure that all projects and assignments are executed timely and accurately.

• Coordinating calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings (both virtual and live) and distributing appropriate meeting agendas or documents
