SBA Loan Specialist

The SBA Loan Specialist is housed within Celtic Bank’s Small Business Administration commercial loan portfolio. The SBA Loan Specialist is primarily responsible for preparing Guaranty requests consistent with Small Business Administration procedures for requesting and honoring the SBA’s loan Guaranty program. The SBA Loan Specialist role requires effective communication with internal Bank teams to prepare, analyze, and successfully recover a Guaranty from the SBA on defaulted loans. Documentation gathering and analysis is a major function of the role. The ideal SBA Loan Specialist candidate must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
