Vista Paint Corporation, a leading manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of high quality paints and supplies, is seeking an Sales Office Support Assistant based out of our corporate headquarters located in Fullerton, CA.

Under moderate supervision, responsible for providing marketing administrative support and clerical assistance for sales department.

Provides specialized clerical support for the Property Management and New Home Construction Departments by preparing color presentations (books, boards, website archive).

Assists in maintaining color chip library including proper stock levels and fulfillment of replacement chip orders.  Fill color chip orders from stores, Property Management and New Home Construction representatives and retail customers.

Provides copies of MSDS requests to stores, Property Management and New Home Construction representatives.
