Sales Compensation Manager

Calabrio is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our Sales Operations team! As the Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing the sales incentive compensation programs and policies to drive sales performance and motivate our sales team.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive the annual compensation planning process through thoughtful analysis and consultation with key business partners which includes the ELT, HR, Finance and Sales leaders.
• Design and develop sales incentive compensation plans and programs that align with company goals and drive desired sales behaviors.
• Manage all incentive compensation calculations and payouts globally.
• Administer the sales compensation plans, including tracking and processing commission payments via our CMS
• Maintain all policies, procedures and controls for incentive compensation plans, SPIFFs and bonus plans.
