RN Recruiter

We are Wayne Staffing, a young nursing staffing business, and we are looking for someone to build out the business by recruiting nurses. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the recruiting of nurses, staffing of nurses or the recruitment of travel nurses. The candidate will need to recruit RNs in bulk for short term assignments in hospitals and nursing facilities. Experience with MSP is requested. Experience in working with obtaining contracts from hospitals and other facilities to place nurses.

A great position for the right person. Prior clinical experience is helpful but not required for this role.

The position will report in directly to the ownership group. There are no limits to what a driven candidate cannot achieve in this setting!

Requirements

5 to7 years in experience in nurse recruiting/nurse staffing
