As an RN Charge in our ICU department, you will function under the direction of the Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer, delivering safe and effective clinical care to our patients. With your exceptional skills in patient assessment, response, and documentation, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our patient care outcomes.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also develop administrative skills aimed at ensuring safe patient care, effective communication, and activities that enhance unit efficiency.
