The General Manager will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent guest service. General Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. The GM will ensure efficient restaurant operations as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
