We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The Assistant GM responsibilities include ordering kitchen supplies, managing vendors, processing payroll, and supervising/managing restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, the Assistant GM should be familiar with restaurant operations, able to minimize operating costs while maintaining high quality, boost employee retention, and be available to work within restaurant hours, including weekends and holidays. Assistant GMs should also have an excellent understanding of what it takes to provide great customer service and know how to deliver a positive dining experience for Anna's House guests.
