Responsibilities:

• Deliver on the Member Engagement Manifesto to ensure an exceptional member experience throughout the mortgage journey.
• Reach out to potential mortgage leads within 24 hours of notification, with a firm offer of credit where required.
• Complete mortgage loan and equity applications online, over the phone, or in person, as needed.
• Pull tri-merge and/or single bureau credit reports to ensure program eligibility based on the member's credit history and/or credit scores.
