Job Description:

We are seeking Call Center Representatives to be our company's and caller's liaisons. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving complaints and inquiries, treat callers with compassion and empathy, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of inbound calls promptly.

Follow communication "FAQs scripts" when handling different topics.

Identify caller's needs, clarify information, provide guidance, and be able to de-escalate a caller when agitated.

Shifts:

9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Requirements

Bilingual-French Canadian.

Must own computer and headset.

High School Diploma.

Previous experience in a customer support role
