Reliability Utilities Technician

The Reliability and Utilities Technician plays a key role in supporting utility reliability programs, executing predictive maintenance tasks, and providing precision maintenance expertise. Additionally, they assist with ongoing reliability engineering efforts, including studies, improvement projects, and database management, while also offering feedback for continuous reliability improvement.

Schedule - Monday-Friday 7am to 330pm

Pay Range - $25-$34/hour based on candidate/interview

Requirements

• Execute vibration routes based on asset criticality, analyzing vibration data to detect early signs of equipment degradation.
• Perform infrared routes inspections on MCCs to identify potential electrical issues and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Conduct ultrasonic surveys to identify and mitigate compressed air or steam leaks, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
