Regional Managing Director

The Regional Managing Director (RMD) has a pivotal role in providing leadership and managing their region to meet the region’s goals. The RMD ensures efficiency, accountability, operational effectiveness, and profitability of the department. Additionally, the RMD ensures their team proactively maintains current client relationships and develops new client relationships. Ultimately, the RMD should motivate the team to reach and surpass its established revenue goals within their region serving as Senior Manager on deals and alternatively as Co-Senior Manager and Co-Manager on transactions.
