Recruiter/Development Specialist

OBJECTIVE

The Recruiter/Development Specialist will manage City Wide’s independent contractor program by identifying, screening, credentialing, and onboarding new independent contractors. This is a full-time or part-time position! This person will implement processes and procedures to effectively recruit, on-board, and maintain documentation for janitorial and non-janitorial independent contractors. The IC Recruiter works closely with the operations team to keep them updated on the roster eligible and ineligible independent contractors. This position may also be responsible for other office administrative/sales activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
