R&D (Research & Development) Technician

SUMMARY:  

The role of the R&D Technician is to control all new product that enters the facility and to ascertain the correct methodology required for each part, developing the process specification and work instructions and ensuring that all potential safety concerns have been taken into consideration and that all risks to employees are minimized. The Research & Development Technician is responsible for training employees before handing the product over and ensuring that employees are proficient in all facets of processing the new product. At all times the Research & Development Technician will maintain the highest safety and quality standards, while upholding the company values and focusing on the needs of our customers.
