Quality and Food Safety Supervisor

Overview/Purpose: 

The Quality and Food Safety Supervisor assists the Quality Assurance department’s efforts in the continuous improvement of systems and procedures. This position ensures that all food safety and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

·       Manage team of Quality Technicians, ensuring coverage across all shifts. Ensure all quality technicians are appropriately trained and resourced to execute tasks and support production.

·        Manage team of Sanitation/Janitors, ensuring coverage across all shifts. Ensure all Sanitation/Janitors are appropriately trained and resourced to execute tasks and support production.
