PS Customer Service Representative

Door Pro America, a leading garage door installation company, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Service Department. Our customer service team is essential to the company’s operations to ensure that homeowners have a great experience. An ideal Customer Service Representative is able to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers including: product and service information, scheduling, answering questions and resolving problems. We are a small department of currently 3 CSR reps with a bright future for company-wide growth and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, punctual, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with customers throughout your day, so having a respectful and kind demeanor is a must.
