As Vision Benefits of America (VBA) continues to enjoy unprecedented growth, we have a business need to expand internal resources to assist optometrists, ophthalmologists, retail locations, and laboratories. As a Provider Relations Coordinator, you will be involved in every aspect of the provider relationship. You will resolve provider issues, aid in the creation of network-related materials, provide benefit coverage guidance, answer payment inquiries, and educate providers on VBA processes. Exemplary customer service, the ability to multi-task, dependability, and top-notch communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
