Proposal Coordinator (Remote)

First Division Consulting, Inc. (FirstDiv) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of the proposal development process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal government contracts.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including business development, technical experts, and project managers, to develop winning proposal strategies and submissions. You will be responsible for managing proposal schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and overseeing the creation and review of proposal content.
