Project Managers spend the majority of time managing, coordinating and/or supporting activities related to the execution of major company projects. Project Managers accomplish work through matrixed employees/teams/vendors who are not direct reports but for whom the incumbent has direct accountability to lead and achieve project objectives. Project Managers lead a project from start to completion.
