Project Engineer - Bridges

The Project Engineer will provide technical engineering information to project supervision and crafts to ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes and specifications. Assists the Project Manager and Management Team in managing all aspects of a construction project including the financial administration and cost reporting activities.

      Review contract and specifications in its entirety

      Assist Project Manager, Project Superintendent and Project Engineer     as required

      Assist with all schedule preparations and updates

      Assist with quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting

      Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors to include charge orders

Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Construction Manager, Bridges Manager, or Project Manager & Superintendent, participate in developing, maintaining and revising the project schedule 
• Manages the relationship and work of assigned sub-contractors & suppliers
• Mentors and guides less experienced Project Engineers
• Communicate with owners about various project-related matters and concerns
• Demonstrates, communicates, and reinforces all Company safety policies and procedures.
