Program Manager, Sincere Foundation

Sincere Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. This person will wake up every day and think about how to build Sincere Foundation for long-term success. You will work alongside our Executive Director to manage our grant cycle, optimize operations, and increase awareness of the Foundation. The ideal candidate is versatile and excited to be involved in all aspects of the Foundation from grant management to marketing and more. This is an exciting time to join us: Since 2023, Sincere Foundation has awarded $560,000 to forty-four organizations in Massachusetts that support food security, housing stability, and safe spaces.
