Professional Engineer: Spill Prevention, Control, & Countermeasure

The purpose of this Scope of Work is to present the requirements for a Professional Engineer (PE) to review, evaluate, update, and recertify Wilkes-Barre VAMC SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan.

A PE is required to comply with 40 CFR 112 regarding Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s (PADEP) “Guidelines for the Development and Implementation of Environmental Emergency Response Plans.”

Requirements

Contractor shall review, evaluate, update, and re-certify the current Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan for the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WBVAMC).
