Production Team Leader 18-20hr (bilingual)

The Production Team Lead on first shift is responsible for assisting the Production Manager and Production Supervisor with the overall operation of the production lines on the shift in accordance with all operating standards. Preferred candidates will have excellent communication skills in both English & Spanish, and possess a strong desire to grow and succeed with the company. Thus, a bilingual individual is highly preferred for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• With the support of the Manufacturing Leader, help to ensure the efficient operation of the cereal and snack mix lines to meet productivity & quality goals.
• Helps to coordinate production and assists in the assigning of work activities to team members.
• Conduct regular audits of QA documentation to ensure accuracy & completion.
