Production Blending Operator - 2nd shift

JOB SUMMARY: Production Operators’ function will be to assist in the blending, packaging and labeling of finished goods in the caffeine department, while following GMP’s. This will include the ability to read from product formula cards, verify and record lot numbers and product codes, measure ingredient weights by using a scale and adding products into tanks. Production checklists are to be followed and filled out for each product completely. Operators will be responsible for taking samples of finished blends for QA analysis and recording data onto formula cards. After QA has approved the blend is correct, the operator will package off the material into approved vessels again using a scale and assuring proper weight is added to each vessel. The operator will also load pallets with finished product and wrap and label each pallet. All material will be stored in appropriate storage areas.
