Process Supervisor (Evisceration)

General:

Leads and supervises the site’s evisceration processes for all products manufactured at 300-employee poultry processing facility. Promotes food safety and GMP awareness and education of employees. Manages the team’s safety performance, quality of work, and achievement of production goals within the evisceration process area. The position reports to the production manager w/ primary work schedule of Mon. – Friday, day shift, with flexibility to work early shift, short-notice overtime, and weekends, as needed.

Specific Duties / Responsibilities:

• Ensure all evisceration processes are operated in a safe and compliant manner
• Lead / manage performance of 20 - 25-member team in poultry processing facility
