Dephy is looking for a candidate who is a born engineer with the passion to lead a team through solving hard technical problems. We are looking for a leader, experienced in product development, that is looking to remain hands on, act as the technical expert, and lead the mechanical team.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a highly skilled mechanical engineer and can lead a team effectively. Someone who has the urge to understand how things work,  who gets excited when there is no known solution to the problem at hand, and who can design complex mechanisms to solve them. We are curious, creative, and passionate engineers looking for a team member to help us tackle challenges at the forefront of wearable robotics.
