On behalf of our client, The Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership (ERCGP), Decision Associates is actively recruiting for the role of President/CEO. The ERCGP is seeking a President/CEO who will work closely with the staff and Board of Directors to help achieve its mission of promoting economic growth and community development in Erie County and the broader Northwest Pennsylvania region. ERCGP is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving as a catalyst for business expansion, innovation, and regional collaboration.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The President will be responsible for representing the Economic Development Partnership (EDP) by working closely with the Board of Directors, City of Bolivar, Polk County, and various outside organizations. This position will be a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. As a part-time position, the role will allow for flexible work hours with approximately 20-30 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, evaluate, and process development proposals.
• Review technical reports and make public presentations.
• Develop an overall economic development plan.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of available buildings and sites in the community for economic development purposes and track business activity into and out of the city.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO provides executive, administrative, and development support to the President, as well as the Senior Leadership. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President. The Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

Office attire is business casual, except for specific events where professional business attire is required (ex. Political Events, Networking Events, Conventions, Social Parties, Outings, etc.).

Salary is DOE, plus a generous benefit package. Hours are typically 9-5 pm, with occasional evening events.
