Pre-op-Registered Nurse Part-Time

Part-Time Position, 2 days a week, 6:00am-3:30pm. Hours may vary with a rotating day off. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of Pre-Op, PACU, Surgical or Critical Care experience. BLS and ACLS Certification required. Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and an Active RN license as required by the state of employment. Position does not require weekends or call.

The pre-op nurse is responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient needed to prepare patients for surgery.  Must have a positive and polite demeanor with staff and patients.

Part-Time position (a minimum of 20 hours per week). Hours will vary from 2-10 hour shifts or 2-8 hour shifts and 1-4 hour shift.  Position does not require weekends or call.
