Plumbing/HVAC Operations Manager

We are hiring motivated, hungry Ex (or Current) Plumbing and HVAC Professionals to join our team as General Managers! We are aggressively growing, opening up new locations, and expanding our market share - and to keep up we want to add the best of the best to our team.

Your primary objective will be to hire & develop a team of service technicians, channel leaders, logistics coordinators and installers that are willing and able to provide excellent service to our clients while achieving a 20% or greater EBITDA for the division.

We offer a base salary of $85,000 - $300,000, Plus a bonus opportunity of up to 50% and Equity in the Company
