Plant Accounting Manager

Our Home is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager who will be managing and overseeing the daily operations of the plant accounting department at multiple manufacturing locations. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.  As the Plant Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements and for establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.  This position will report directly to the Manufacturing Controller.

This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. As the Plant Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for various daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting functions for multiple manufacturing facilities. You will supervise multiple employees at each facility in order to support each facility's accounting functions.
