The Role

Reporting into the Manager, Customer Supply Chain – North America, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience ideally as a supply chain analyst or planner, from a fast-moving consumer goods business, and who is eager to move into a dynamic environment.

Role Accountabilities

We expect the right candidate to be able to take on the responsibilities of this role, while continually looking for ways to implement change and improve processes. You will be constantly challenging the norms and looking for opportunities to drive the department forward, so having natural drive is essential. The Role

The Senior Planner, Customer Supply Chain US&CA is the driving force between internal sales and operational teams as well as customers and our fulfillment partners, ensuring that our operation scales with our growth and balances efficiency with exceptional customer service. Key priorities will be to build strong relationships with our customers as well as to investigate and implement industry leading logistics whilst keeping a careful eye on our cost-to-serve.

We are looking for someone with 3PLP and line management experience who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail, but can also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.
