The Role

As a Peak Performance Coach at the Flow Research Collective, you are incredible at leading unforgettable and dynamic group sessions that inspire executives, knowledge workers, and teams with a sense of personal and collective purpose.

You track and ensure our clients move through the training to achieve their boldest goals. You are intensely focused on excellence in every aspect of execution. You are relentlessly proactive and continuously improve the client experience to ensure the highest program completion rates and client satisfaction possible. 

You consistently go above and beyond, including delivery of 1:1 coaching sessions. The concrete...
