Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Mercedes Benz

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Parts Inventory Control & Shipping & Receiving Clerk with Rallye Mercedes! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive parts skills and knowledge to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team!

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assist in overlooking the parts department and helping with both inventory control and shipping & receiving.
• Ensure appropriate stock and inventory of all parts and accessories.

• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, and verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
• Determine shipment methods.
• Prepare shipments, including: affix shipping labels, assemble packaging containers, pack parts into containers using spacers, fillers & protective padding, affix shipping instructions, charges,...
