RideNow Powersports - Phoenix, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Parts Counter Team! Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool powersports!
• Upsell items and other complimentary items to customers
• Look up records and enter customer information
• Project positive image to customers always
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Stock and display merchandise as required
• Provide cost of parts for customers
• Make sure all displays are organized
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
