Parts and Service Operations Manager

RideNow Powersports Houston, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Houston, TX. Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost, while selling parts.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.
