The Partner Success Associate is key in ensuring we optimize our current partners, educate new partners, and support the Category Managers. The goal of the Partner Success Associate is to support onboarding dropship and direct marketplace partners, increase members through verification, increase orders through marketplace and increase value on both. This will be done by ensuring that all orders are fulfilled, partners are scaled by increasing offerings and cleaning up logistics to make sure partners can scale without impacting the workload of cross-functional teams.
