Part Time Gelato Scooper Optimist Hall

Honeysuckle Gelato at Optimist Hall is looking for part time Gelato Scoopers!

As a Gelato Scooper, you are the “face” of Honeysuckle Gelato, therefore the Gelato Scooper is extremely important. You must be friendly, professional, and fast. You will be well-versed in how our gelato and sorbet is made and be able to explain the differences between traditionally made ice cream and Italian gelato. You will take orders and scoop the gelato and sorbet, make milkshakes and floats. You will also process customer transactions, resolve customer issues and ensure that the store is always clean and well-stocked.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service to everyone, including being able to answer questions concerning our products.

• Prepare or “scoop” gelato and sorbet servings.

• Operate cash register and follow Honeysuckle Gelato cash/credit card handling procedures.
