Parks, Recreation and Tourism Intern

Role Overview:

As a Parks, Recreation, and Tourism intern at the Town of Farragut, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to a key part of our Town. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to different areas of the Parks and Recreation department, allowing you to develop your skills and gain insight into the day-to-day activities of a municipal recreation and tourism agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Special Events Planning: Assist with the planning and implementation of multiple Town of Farragut special events, including but not limited to Chalk the Park, Independence Day Parade, Bluegrass Summer Solstice Concert, Family Campout, and Party in the Park.
