Native Transplants is a nursery located in Vista, California that specializes in importing and selling high-end rare and hard to find tropical plants.

We sell B2B through wholesale channels and Direct to Consumers through a variety of e-commerce platforms and livestreaming sites.

We are currently seeking assistance with packing and shipping our plant orders. As the packing and shipping coordinator, you will be responsible for pulling, packing and shipping all plant orders. Quality is our highest concern, and this extends through the shipping process. Each plant is placed into a ship-ready pot, which will be placed into a heat shrink bag with polyfil insulation surrounding the soil to prevent soil spillage during transit. The plant is then placed onto a sheet of tissue paper, which is filled with additional polyfil insulation to protect the leaves during transit and loosely rolled before being placed into its shipping box. ...
