Day in the life:

• Leading a team of Animal Technicians, Veterinary Assistants and Veterinary Technicians
• Responsible for 1:1’s and training for employees
• Ensuring coverage and assessing staffing needs daily
• Performance management and coaching for success
• Cross functional teamwork with the other supervisors
• Administrative duties to include timecards, supply purchasing and budgeting

Schedule:

• Full Time: 40 hours/week
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
